Recipe of the Week

Salsa

1 cup tomato
1/2 chopped cup of onion
1/4 chopped cup vinegar
1 teasppon sugar
2 tbspns fresh chopped cilantro or culantro
salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and let stand for at least an hour so the flavors fuse.

Great with Chips.
